Walking or Crawling first?

First we thought Sam would crawl first because he is rolling and scooting and dragging himself all around our living room. He is bound to crawl next right? Well......
This was his latest trick. He loves to stand up nice and tall and we hold on to his hands to steady him. Yesterday he decided to let go of our hands and just balance. He would do this for a few seconds before needed some balance again.
This is why we think maybe walking first. He is close to moving which ever way he chooses.

Sam and Madee getting so big!

I did get some teeth shots of Sam. The bottom are just poping through.
You can see one of his top ones but the other is breaking through too. All these wonderful teeth coming in.
Madee has been in Preschool for a couple months now. Here are her friends Kate and Timmy who she does preschool with.
Madee loves her make up. Yes it is just chap stick but she was a little heavy in putting it on her face. She always wants to wear my blush and makeup. Ever since halloween when I put it on her cheeks she loves to watch me put make up on and wants to wear some herself. I honestly did not expect this for a few more years.

This is Madee's all time favorite outfit to wear. I think it is the most ugly thing. Especially the two together but she wears them when ever she can get away with it. Maybe its because the skit puffs out when she spins around in in or the flowing sleeves on the shirt give it just the right touch.

Tax Time

Lincoln got our taxes done early this year and I am really excited because we were not sure if we would be able to go to our family reunions this summer but thanks to being kind of poor we will have all our wildest dreams come true. Lincoln said it right when he said "It pays the have kids". We feel very blessed and are greatful for the time we get to spend with all our family. We are excited for all the fun we will have this summer with you all.

Sam Gets Teeth

Sam is eight months old and this is about the same time that Madee got teeth too. Madee got her two top and two bottom at the same time and sam seems to be copying her. His bottom and top have just broke through the gums and he is not very happy right now. I don't have any pictures of it because Sam is very closed Mouth. He loves to stick his own fingers in his mouth but every one elses fingers are not welcome in his mouth. So No pictures. Sam's other trick is rolling all over the room to where ever he wants to go. He also does a sit and scoot thing. This also gets him where he needs to go. He may never crawl. He likes standing more. He even will walk along if you are holding his hands and he is up tall. They grow two fast.

We are Addicted
Before we would play the wii a couple times a week.
Now it has rarely been off for less then a little bit since friday.

I have been talking to my brother about good games to play on the wii. He recommended this game called "Animal Crossing" and lets just say we splurged and bought it for a good deal on KSL. If anyone has this game and want to come visit our town email me and I will send you our friend code. Now our lives are filled with fishing, bug catching, fossil finding and apple picking. Oh and by the way Our town is called Fartacus thats why this blog has that title.
