We decided to explore some of the area we haven't yet. Being in Provo area for nearly five years we have never been to the Pleasant Grove Falls. Very pretty. The hike was about 1.2 miles and the kids did great!
Madee wanted to run threw the water under the falls.

Sam was heavy or I'm just out of shape. Probably both. We had fun though it was very pretty.

We really do have Lincoln to thank for this race. Novell is the company Lincoln works for and they registered 40 spots in the Race for a Cure 5k in Salt Lake City. This is fighting to stop Breast Cancer. So Lincoln got us in the race for free. Complementary of Novell.
Tricia is the Sister I have done tones of running with but not in the past couple years ever since she moved to Kearn's/West Jordon :( The Same sister I did a Marathon with. Running with my sister was so great to be able to do again. It brought back alot of great memories. It made me want to run more.
This race has tones of runners every year. We are talking around 17,000 walk/runners. It was insane. The Streets were filled and we were the middle of the mob of people.
We really did have the best time though. Thanks Lincoln for arranging this. It was so awesome.
