Gobble Gobble!

We went to Portland to spend thanksgiving with my Parents and two brothers. The roads were great for going from a snowy place to a wet place. My Brother Ben prepared an amazing turkey. It was so juicy even the what meat was moist and juicy.
My niece Nora was very busy wondering around and having anyone who would pick her us. She is getting so big and sure loves to graze on food. I don't know whats up with Uncle Ben. She likes him sometimes but not when he is in the middle of the living room on a mattress snoring just a little..she ran the other way. :)
Ely and Madee played ok together. Leggo's and other games. Grandma always has some fun toys at her house.
We did a Huff and Puff before we stuffed on thanksgiving day. It was a 3k run/walk. We had a good time and I got no pictures of that but Madee can sure move fast with those rubber boots on that are too big for her. We forgot her running shoes. She was going faster then me.

On our way too Portland we did stop at Stonehenge. We drive by it everytime we go to Portland and thought we would take some pictures. Its a little snowy there.

Trunk or Treat!!

Butterfly? No! Bumble Bee? No! Fairy Princess..we finally settled on that for a costume.

I don't really know what they are both doing in this picture..maybe L for luigi and Madee is playing with the string we attached to her crown so it would stay on her head. We had a great time at our ward trunk or treat. fun games to play and candy at every trunk.

Clairs new trick

Claire learned to do this little trick yesterday...
Sorry about the blurr but she is up on her knees and rocking almost getting around. This little five month old wants to be on the move!!

Getting up there!!

Happy Birthday to Lincoln today!! He will not admit that he is getting older. He is in his LATE twenties now. I still love you even if you are getting older!! :) Can you tell when these pictures where!! They are not in order. It seems that through the years its harder and harder to get a picture of Lincoln by himself. He always has someone in his arms or hanging off of him!! Maybe that's one of the reasons he is so great!

We had a party for Lincoln on Saturday. His Parents came to help celebrate along with his sister Sarah and her family!! We had a great time.
Madee created a pin the tail on the fish game that she drew all herself and had Lincoln and all of her cousin laughing and getting very dizzy as they were blindfolded and spun around. We are party animals!
No birthday would be complete without a picture of the cake! It wasn't suppose to look like a gold fish but it did end of that way. Thanks for celebrating with us everyone. Its definitely a change from the quiet birthdays we have previously had. Hope you have a great Birthday Lincoln..even if you are getting older!

Carving Time!

Madee and Sam were great helpers at carving the pumpkin we got. Great up until we actually had to pull the guts out!! Madee got a tiny bit on her fingers and had to wash it off straight away.
Sam had the most awesome face right here while he is taking his turn doing his one scoop of getting the guts out of the pumpkin. It was fun anyway. Madee drew a picture of what she wanted the face to look like and we made it happen.

Claire Eats

Claire is almost five month and I think I waited until the other two were six but she seemed ready and so rice cereal here we come!
She is actually a pretty good eater!

Apple sauce..seven pints..Very tasty..first try..Didn't need to add anything to these sweet Jonagold apples. Not too much work and I am glad I tried it. I may still make a few more pints.
