Some of you may have seen others only heard about the helmets that little babies can wear to correct there flat heads. Yes Sam is one of those babies. He has a flat side to his head. You can hardly tell with his cute little face and his long flowing hair. It pokes our of his helmet.( Mom Sam needs a haircut).
Sam got his helmet on Friday and he has been gradually wearing it more and more. He is suppose to wear it 23 hrs a day. 7 days a week. He has been a really good sport about it. He hardly seems to know the differents. Except for the sweaty matted down hair he is himself. Day and night.
Soon in about three months Sam will have a beautiful round head just like most of the rest of us.

my nephew had a cute little helmet head too. He wore it for almost 3 mos. He got so used to it protecting his head from falls that when they took it off he would bonk his head into things not knowing it was gonna hurt without his helmet. It really changed the shape of his head so much that he looks like a different baby. Those helmets aren't cheap...insurance wouldn't cover the cost for them. I think it was around 3500 dollars. OUCH to the bank account. Good luck with everything. He looks very cute!
